The Police Retirement System of St. Louis, Missouri

Letters were recently sent to all retirees and beneficiaries of the Police Retirement System about the recently refurbished MemberDirect portal, which will allow users to obtain much more information about their benefit status.  Since this is a new portal, you must register for access to this portal, even if you were registered for the previous version of the portal.

The letters sent include instructions for registering, as well as a PIN (personal identification number) unique to each retiree and/or beneficiary, which must be entered in order to register.  If you have not received this letter by Monday, May 4, please contact our office at (314) 241-0800.

PRS has set up two (2) help sessions with staff members Kelly Briley and Patrizia Minor, where retirees and/or beneficiaries can come and seek assistance with MemberDirect.  These sessions will be held at the St. Louis Police Officers' Association Hall, 3710 Hampton Ave., 63109, on the following dates and times:

  • Friday, May 8, between 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 14, between 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

If you received the letter from PRS but have not registered for the MemberDirect portal, please bring the letter with you.
